Hey I found your website as a link from Liberty's Alumni facebook page. Anyways... this post is pretty interesting to me. When I was in college, eating processed foods (often containing corn syrup), I developed an intolerance to corn syrup. When I eat foods containing corn syrup on a regular basis, my body reacts with severe stomach cramps. Now, eating at home, I can have foods containing corn syrup on a very irregular basis with little consequence, though occasionally, such as when my brother made caramels for Christmas, even 3 small candies are enough to cause extreme pain. Its an interesting problem...but I'm healthier for it!
Hi Abigail, I'm so glad you figured out what was wrong. When you know the culprit, things are so much easier. Good for you!! What year were you at LU? I was there from 89-93. I'll have to peek at your blog too! :) Thanks for commenting.
