Sadly, I know all about inflammation. I wish I didn't. But I do. My auto-immune disorder, Polymiositis, is rooted in inflammation!! I have been doing so much research on my condition since April, I could probably teach a class on it.
This chart that I found on Facebook from RawForBeauty is a simple resource --- I love simplicity. And it ties in with the name of my blog - Back to Eden - because all the things on the left side that eliminate inflammation were given to us by God for good health. It's really not that complicated.

I would add some healing foods to your list, things like saturated fats (which our bodies need!), homemade bone broth, cod liver oil, probiotics, etc. You may have touched on these in earlier posts, but it's my first time here, so I thought I'd share.
